Members of the CFA-LA Executive Board are united under the ideal of FORGE Justice (Faculty Organizing for Racial, Gender, and Economic Justice). We embrace the principles of social justice unionism and organizing faculty around issues of democracy, racial, gender/sexuality, and economic justice, and solidarity. Moreover, we firmly believe that faculty working conditions are student learning conditions.
